Improves Communication
Initial Consultation
We meet with you at your home to discuss your project needs. We bring out experience and ideas on how to best accomplish what you want to do. If a project needs a designer, we can connect you with one from our team.
Design Phase
We draw up preliminary plans and ensure they reflect what you want. We will provide a rough estimate at this step. Once you are happy with the final plans, we provide a firm quote. We then give you an outlined contract listing all aspects and a rough timeline of the job.
Pre-Renovate Phase
Once the contract is signed and the down payment received, the schedule begins. We will provide a list that you or the designer will need to select based on your project’s schedule. We need to ensure all needed items are ordered and ready to go BEFORE demo begins. Important information is established such as: your installer information, where materials will be stored, parking information, location of emergency shutoffs, etc.
Renovate Phase
Once the required materials arrive, we begin your project. The project manager will facilitate communication during the project through email, text message and phone calls. The exciting process of transforming your space begins!
Final Phase
Once the majority of your project is complete, your project manager will schedule a walk-through to create a “touch-up” list documenting any incomplete or unsatisfactory items. Once the list is compiled, the touch-up crew will address every item on the list. Final payment is due upon completion.
